It is our current decaf: a medium roast from Mexico, decaffeinated with the Mexican EA (ethyl acetate) process, then air roasted fresh to order in Vancouver, WA. The cup is still coffee. You may notice milk chocolate, orange, pecan, brown sugar, and fig. Those tasting notes are natural impressions from the bean and the roast. Nothing is added.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eDecaf is not a different drink. It is coffee with most of the caffeine removed before we roast it. A small amount of caffeine can remain.
