About the pods
Mighty Pod was built for the coffee drinker who wants specialty-grade fresh-roasted coffee without giving up the convenience of a single-serve brewer. Most commercial K-Cup coffee sits in a warehouse for months after roasting, and the big-name brands rarely use specialty-grade beans. Mighty Pod fixes both problems. The coffee inside is the same specialty-grade green from our bags, air-roasted to a balanced medium development, and sealed into the pod within days of roast. That means each pod tastes closer to a fresh-roasted bag than to typical pod coffee. Pods are compatible with standard Keurig single-serve brewers and most K-Cup compatible machines. They are ideal for offices, hotels, churches, ministries, and any setting where multiple people want quick coffee at different times. We do not recommend pods as your primary coffee if you also have a drip maker, pour-over kit, or French press at home, because whole bean preparation will always produce a better cup.

Q: Are these compatible with my Keurig?Yes, Mighty Pod is built to standard K-Cup dimensions and works in Keurig and most other K-Cup compatible single-serve brewers. If you have an off-brand machine, check that it accepts standard K-Cup pods.
Q: How are pods different from bagged coffee?The coffee inside is the same specialty-grade green and the same fresh-roasted standard. The difference is convenience: pods are single-serve, sealed, and ready to brew in seconds. The tradeoff is that whole bean preparation in drip, pour-over, or French press will always produce a better cup. Use pods for convenience and bagged coffee for the daily ritual.

Q: When are the pods filled?We roast to order and fill pods on the same schedule as our bagged coffee. Pods ship within 2 to 3 days of roast. Sealed in the pod, the coffee stays fresh longer than ground coffee in a bag, but the closer to roast you brew them, the better.

Roasting & Sourcing
Every bag is air roasted to order using a fluid bed roaster. This method suspends beans in a stream of hot air for an even, clean roast with less chaff and bitterness than drum roasting. We source from farms and co-ops with transparent supply chains, prioritizing quality and fair compensation for growers.
Brewing Guide
Drip / Auto-drip: Medium grind, 1–2 tbsp per 6 oz water, 195–205°F.
Pour Over: Medium-fine grind, 1:15 ratio, 30-second bloom.
French Press: Coarse grind, 4-minute steep, plunge slowly.
Cold Brew: Coarse grind, 1:8 ratio, steep 12–18 hours in the refrigerator.

We roast your coffee within 1 to 3 days of your order and ship it right away. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days depending on your location. Orders over $35 ship free. Orders under $35 have a flat $4 shipping rate. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
