At His Word Coffee, we want to make sure our subscription service works for you. We understand that circumstances change, and we've designed our cancellation policy with flexibility and transparency in mind.
Subscription Cancellations
If you have an active coffee subscription with us, you can cancel at any time. Here's what you need to know:
How to Cancel
- You can cancel your subscription directly through your account on our website
- Alternatively, contact us at (360) 270-8106 or info@hiswordcoffee.com and we'll handle it for you
- No phone call or explanation required — we respect your decision
When Does Cancellation Take Effect?
Subscriptions are cancelled at the end of your current billing cycle. This means:
- Your current subscription payment has already been processed
- You will receive your scheduled shipment for the current cycle
- You will not be charged again after that shipment
- Future shipments are cancelled and won't occur
If you've already been charged for the current cycle, that shipment will still be sent to you. We cannot refund charges that have already processed before your cancellation request.
Pausing Your Subscription Instead of Cancelling
If you love our coffee but just need a break, you can pause your subscription instead of cancelling. You can pause for a month, skip a few deliveries, or adjust your shipment frequency. Contact us to discuss pause options that work for your needs.
One-Time Order Returns
Our return policy for one-time coffee orders is separate from this cancellation policy. Please see our full Return Policy for details on returning unopened or defective products.
Special Events and Pre-Orders
For pre-ordered coffee, special releases, or coffee catering events, cancellation terms may vary based on your specific order. At the time of purchase, we'll provide clear details about any applicable cancellation windows or fees. Contact us directly if you need to cancel a special order.
