Most roasters use drum roasters, where beans tumble against hot metal. It works, but it can scorch the bean surface and add bitterness.
We use a fluid-bed air roaster. Hot air lifts and roasts each bean evenly, with no direct contact against hot surfaces. The result is a cleaner, smoother cup with more of the origin flavor intact. Less bitterness, less harshness, and noticeably easier on sensitive stomachs.
When you get that coffee delivered fresh every few weeks instead of buying a stale bag off a shelf, the difference is something you can actually taste. That is the whole point of subscribing.

How much do I save with a subscription?

How often will my coffee arrive?
