The coffee we pour at events is the same coffee we roast and sell every week. We roast in small batches on a fluid-bed air roaster, which gives a clean, even roast and a fresh cup. Happy Valley is about 40 minutes from our Vancouver roastery by way of I-205, so it is an easy trip for us. We plan load-in and parking with you in advance so setup is smooth and we are pouring the first cup right on schedule.
